Prices are not posted on the Site. Pricing, availability, lead times, and minimum order quantities are provided only after submission and review of an inquiry. Any price or availability information we provide is indicative and subject to confirmation in our invoice.
Shipping options, carriers, lead times, and costs are provided on a per-order basis. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local export/import laws and obtaining required permits. We may refuse or cancel orders that cannot be legally shipped to the destination.

COAs are provided for transparency and research validation and are lot-specific. COAs are supplied “as tested” and reflect the analytical results for the identified lot. We make no additional warranties regarding COA content beyond the documented results the COA contains.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO US IN CONNECTION WITH THE RELEVANT TRANSACTION (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
